To approach the “Pluriverse of Peace” concepts from a more embodied, experiential, and sensorial perspective, Eliana Otta created a score for an exercise that can be done anywhere with minimal props.

This is a small action proposed to approach differently our daily reactions to the current times. It invites you to consider what aches you today, without analyzing it or discussing it. It invites you to observe what you are feeling and connect that with your body, words and the place where you live, in a local and a global sense.
To do it you just need some minutes, openness, and a tree.
Sit on the floor somewhere in your house where you feel comfortable and calm.
Close your eyes and breath softly a few times.
Think of a tree that lives near you, whose presence enlightens your days.
Walk to that tree.
Sit next to it and close your eyes.
Try to stay there, quiet, for five minutes.
Think of a place somewhere in the world that aches you, somewhere outside of the country where you are now.
Try to locate that pain in your body and touch that body part.
Find words inside you to create a phrase that you would dedicate to that place.
Say the phrase out loud three times. Keep your eyes closed.
Choose one word of the phrase.
Open your eyes and murmur that word ten times.
Close your eyes and ask the wind to carry the word to the place that aches you.
Remain there, with your eyes closed, for as long as you need.
If you consider it pertinent, share this action with a dear one.
