As everyone and everything in our environment becomes interconnected, politics as we know it is becoming a new game. Already, tiny disruptions can have cascading effects – think cyber-attacks or stock market crashes, right-wing resentment or hashtag-based protests. Such ambient revolts are increasingly driven by artificial intelligence (AI), involving human interaction, but seemingly beyond human control.
