Ecology and Capital

What is the relationship between ecology and capitalism? Undoubtedly, they are opposites whose relationship is based on their incompatibility. As is well known, unless the course is changed in time, the capitalist economy and the Earth are heading toward a catastrophic collision. However, we can also speak of a one-sided symbiotic relationship in which capital attempts to convert ecological resources into capital, whether in fossil or green capitalism. Meanwhile, the right wing, representing the interests of capital, has declared ecology to be national property. This dossier will explore these and many other aspects of ecology and capital.
