Rebeca Errázuriz-Cruz
Chilean academic, professor, and researcher at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She holds a Sociology degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies, and a PhD in Latin American Studies from the Universidad de Chile. Her research interests include Latin American critical theory, translation and mediation studies, and the relationships between literature, culture, and politics in Latin America, with a special interest in Brazilian culture and literature. She is the author of Viaje y deseo de modernidad: los Viajes de Domingo Faustino Sarmiento (1845-1847) (Universitaria, 2014) and has published in various Chilean and international journals. She is part of the Studies Group Brasil en el Archipiélago Mundo, the Adornian Studies Group in Chile, and the feminist collective Sin Fama ni Gloria.
