Jule Govrin
Philosopher, political author, lives in Berlin and is a visiting professor at the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Hildesheim. She conducts research at the interface of social philosophy, political theory, feminist political philosophy, ethics and aesthetics. She works on questions of equality and universalism, care and solidarity, the political aesthetics of bodies and the transformative power of desire. Her publications include “Universalismus von unten. Eine Theorie radikaler Gleichheit” (“Universalism from below. A theory of radical equality,” 2025), “Begehrenswert.
