Judit Ignácz
Consultant, trainer, and speaker, guiding teams in building inclusive spaces and psychological safety by recognizing and addressing unconscious biases, systemic inequities, and microaggressions. By combining her expertise with lived experience, she supports individuals, organizations, and companies in navigating the challenges of workplace changes by developing hard and soft skills, including practicing nonviolent communication, unlearning biased patterns, and facilitating vulnerable, human-centered, and transformative conversations.
Her professional expertise involves human rights education and advocacy, policy analysis, qualitative research, and mediation. In 2020, she co-founded Ame Panzh (‘Five of Us’), a Romani activist group of knowledge producers that launched a unique series of online discussions and co-authored a book on Roma representation, equity, and inclusion. In 2023, she co-founded Sheja Consulting, the first Romani women-led platform offering specialized services in leadership development, consultation, and training.
