Guest Professor at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg in the Department of Labor and Economic Sociology, specializing in socio-ecological transformation. Her research focuses on structural change in ports within the context of multiple transformation dynamics from a transnational comparative perspective. Research areas include socio-ecological transformation, political economy, theories of capitalism, social classes and class theory, as well as labor migration.
