Ivana Dinić
European Studies Scholar, currently pursuing her PhD at the International Graduate Center for the Study of Culture at the Justus-Liebig-University of Gießen. In her dissertation project, Ivana explores social mobility and advancement in post-WWII Yugoslavia.
She is engaged as a lecturer at the JLU Chair of Southeast European History where she teaches a course on gender and development in Southeastern Europe. She is also an editorial team member of the Open Access Journal “On_Culture” and co-speaker of the Research Area “Global Studies and Politics of Space.” Her research interests include European integration and Europeanization of the Western Balkans, international security and development, social and spatial inequalities, gender studies and social movements.
