4-Stunden-Liga
The 4-Stunden-Liga (4-Hour League) was founded in Kassel in 2016 in response to attacks on the 8-hour workday under the banner of “Work 4.0,” which aimed to “flexibilize” working hours in the name of digitalization. Instead of more work, the League calls for a collective, radical reduction of working hours to a maximum of 4 hours per day. With full wage and job compensation! Capital must pay! There are chapters of the 4-Hour League in Kassel, Berlin, the Saarland, and North Rhine-Westphalia.
